BACKGROUND
Patrick L. Gomez is a former prosecutor and a current litigation attorney who has served as a Deputy District Attorney in both Kern and Riverside Counties. As a prosecutor, Mr. Gomez assisted in prosecuting both misdemeanor and felony cases and has taken multiple cases to trial.
As a former prosecutor, Mr. Gomez has valuable insight as to how the prosecution will attempt to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. With this experience and knowledge, Mr. Gomez can spot the strengths and weaknesses of the prosecution’s case. He is a fierce advocate and will use his experience to break down the prosecution’s case. Mr. Gomez is not afraid to fight for his clients nor is he afraid to go to trial. EDUCATION
Mr. Gomez earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Marymount California University. During his studies, Mr. Gomez attended the prestigious Regent’s University London where he studied abroad. He continued his education and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Trinity Law School, where he received multiple awards for achieving the highest grade in his classes and was selected to the Moot Court team. Subsequently, Mr. Gomez earned a Master’s degree of Legal Studies in Criminal Justice where he graduated Cum Laude, as well as earned his Master’s degree of Legal Studies in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mr. Gomez completed his studies online at Harvard Business School in the field of Entrepreneurship Essentials.

Mr. Gomez was admitted to the California State Bar and is licensed to practice law before all courts in the state of California. As a licensed Federal attorney admitted to Federal Court, in the United States Central District, Mr. Gomez is authorized to represent clients in a wide range of federal legal matters within the jurisdiction.
